SystemOne has introduced a major overhaul of its artist booking platform, adding Peppol-compliant invoicing, rebuilt touring tools and AI-assisted scheduling features, alongside a redesigned interface centred around its “The One System for every artist booking agency” positioning. SystemOne, the cloud-based management platform for artist booking agencies, has announced a major overhaul of its software and branding, marking what the company describes as its largest update since launching in 2007.
Founded in Amsterdam by electronic music producers Martijn Kers and Bartho Valk, the platform was originally developed to streamline the administrative side of artist bookings and touring. The latest update includes a redesigned interface, rebuilt invoicing infrastructure and expanded logistics tools aimed at agencies handling international touring operations. Speaking about the updates, Martijn Kers said, “We started SystemOne out of our own frustration as musicians.
Back then, artist booking agencies were still running international tours on paper calendars and Rolodexes. We knew there had to be a better way, and there was nothing out there that understood how this industry actually works.” The rebrand introduces a new visual identity centred on waveform imagery, alongside updated light and dark interface modes.

The update reflects wider changes across the European business software landscape, where digital invoicing standards are becoming increasingly important for cross-border operations and public-sector transactions.
Artist booking agencies operating internationally often deal with complex payment structures involving promoters, venues and tax requirements across multiple territories. SystemOne says the new workflow introduces four invoice lifecycle stages – draft, review, outstanding and settled – alongside automated payment reminders and direct email integration with accounting software. The company has also rebuilt several performance-heavy sections of the platform, including show, quote, contract and invoice overview pages.
In-page editing and new right-click navigation tools have been added to reduce reliance on separate editing screens. The new update introduces four invoice lifecycle stages - alongside full Peppol compliance Touring logistics and AI-assisted scheduling Tour logistics tools have also received new additions. A rebuilt flights module now stores passenger preferences – including meal requirements, baggage allowances and supporting travel documents.
The platform’s transport module has also been boosted with new transport-type categorisation and a revised side-panel interface intended to simplify itinerary management for agents handling multiple artists and tours simultaneously. SystemOne has additionally introduced AI-assisted scheduling features. Users can upload flight ticket PDFs, which the platform analyses and adds all flight information directly to the artist’s tour schedules automatically through an AI credit system.
Mobile apps currently in development The company confirmed that new mobile applications are currently in development for both agents and artists. Further details and release timelines have not yet been announced. SystemOne currently supports English, Dutch, German, Spanish and Portuguese language options and says its software is used by more than 400 agencies managing approximately 1.
